Cold Tofu with Toppings - Japanese Recipe
2 blocks kinugoshi-dofu (silk tofu)
Grated ginger
Dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
Chopped green onion
Soy sauce
Cut tofu into quarters. Divide tofu pieces into four plates. Put grated ginger, bonito flakes, and green onion on top of the tofu as much as you like. Pour some soy sauce before eating.
