Simmer Fish - Japanese Recipe
4 white fish
1/3 cup sake
1/2 cup water
4 tbsps soysauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
1 tsp grated ginger
Put water, sake, soysauce, mirin, and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add fish in the pan and simmer for 10 min. on medium heat. Add ginger in the pan and stop the heat.
