Baked Oyster - Japanese Recipe
1 pound oyster
1 enoki mushroom
1 onion
1/4 pound spinach
3 tpsps butter
3 tbsps flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
2 tbsps parmesan cheese
Wash oyster with salt. Slice onion and cut enoki mushroom and spinach into bite size. Put butter in a frying pan and saute enoki mushroom, onion slices, and spinach. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and chicken powder and bring to a boil.
Add washed oyster. Put the oyster cream in a baking pan and sprinkle cheese. Bake it on 300F oven for 10 minutes.
