1 block silk tofu
2 tomatoes
1 piece garlic
3 tbsps soysauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Slice garlic and fry them. Cut tomatoes into rounds. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Place tofu and tomatoes in a plate. Sprinkle fried garlic over the salad. Mix soysauce, vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil to make dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad before eating.
