I'm a British grad student starting at USC this fall. I don't drive, so I'm looking for an apartment within cycling/walking distance to USC.
I'm looking for something simple, but furnished, and with a separate bathroom and bedroom (though a studio apartment is also a possibility). My price range goes up to a maximum of $650 per calendar month.
I arrive in Los Angeles on August 4th, and I need to move in asap (by August 14th at the very latest).
I don't smoke, or have any pets.
