Professional couple looking for a place. A little ahead of the game now, but looking for a place around Oct 1.
I'm relocating with my job to the area. Work is around Santa Monica/Melrose intersection. Ideally, would like to live close by.
Ideal: Large one bedroom or two bedroom; 1.5 or 2 bath; W/D; 2 parking spots; balcony; good neighborhood; $1500 or so/month.
Us: Professional couple; able but not ready to buy right away. Looking to rent for a year then decide.
Would love to hear details of what you got that might work. Open to any ideas. Coming from NY, so space is good.
