I am looking for a one bedroom apartment in either of the following cities:
Redondo Beach
Hermosa Beach
Manhattan Beach
Torrance
I am not interested in any other cities or share apartment with another person. Maximum rent: $700.00, to move in Dec. 1st, 2004. I don't have any pets or children. I am a professional who works from 7am-5pm, goes to the gym and goes to school in the evening, so I am not home most of the day. My credit is not good right now, but I am willing to give a higher deposit if my credit is a problem. I am a very responsible person when it comes to paying my rent/utilities. I have never been evicted from anywhere, I can provide references if asked.
