Room will be available February 9th, but we are showing it now.

Townhouse is gated, rent is month to month. $677 plus 1/3rd of utilities (about 40-50 for two months or so).
DSL ready, washer/dryer, all amenities as it is our (and maybe your) home.
I highly encourage someone with cat/s. There are no pets on premises now.
Downstairs is hardwood, bedrooms carpeted.
Two other tenants are middle aged ladies, so this would not be a right setting for someone looking to "chill out" or socialize. Perfect for a mature professional that values his/her privacy and wants quiet place to rest or study.
