We've only lived there for 3 months, so the apartment is in mint condition. Washer/Dryer included, Master bedroom with bath, 2nd bedroom with bathroom right outside door. Large apt (1,090 sq ft) with high ceilings, kitchen, living room & dining area. Beige/Oatmeal Berber Carpets throughout, except in bathrooms. Underground parking.
Several pools within the community, but see website for more amenities at www.villasiena.com. We're both going our separate ways, but we're both committed on moving out at your earliest convenience (15 or 1st best, but all offers will be considered).
Close to UCI, Irvine business district and Ruth Chris's, California Pizza Kitchen, Mother’s Market, Sports Chalet, Verizon Wireless, Tejos, Houston's and many more shopping/eateries within walking distance.
