The rent is $600 per month.($250 deposit + $200(the 10 days of June rent) + 2 months rent).
This is a spacious private bedroom/shared bath, utilities are around $20-30(gas + electricity + internet, no cable), it's very cheap(private bedroom are well above 600!) and walking distance to UCLA. Email asap if you are interested.
