My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our apartment from sep. 1st, 2004.
Rent is $1,150.00/month including 1 parking space. It includes water, gas, electricity and trash!!! If you take our room and start the 1year contract, we will pay for your security deposit of $500.00.
We have the small coin laundry room, fitness room, swimming pool with jacuzzi and some place to study.
This building used to be a hotel so if you like the old fashioned high ceiling apartment, please contact us and see our room.
The size is about 800 square feet( it might be bigger than that) so it is ideal for 2 people to share!!
