I am looking for a roommate to move in around August 15th.
PLACE: 1631 Allen, between Washington and New York streets. Walking distance to some stores. 5 minutes drive to Colorado (PCC, CalTech).
2br/1bath, pool, laundry room, assigned parking space.
Rent $550 plus electricity, plus deposit $550
ME: female, 29y.o., working in Pasadena. Non-smoking, no drugs, clean, outgoing... and all other nice things people are writing about themselves ;)
YOU: female around 25-30y.o., working or studying - doesn't matter to me, responsible (you'll need to pay bills on time), clean, non-smoking, no drugs... and all the other stuff as above :)
ABOUT SHOWING PLACE: currently my friend lives at the place, so I'll be able to show it to you, but she moves out on July 31st and manager will start carpet changing, painting etc, so I will not be able to show the place after July 31st. They will do their best to be done on August 15th, so I am planning to move in that day. Hopefully you will too.
So far I will be able to show the place on Tuesday, 27th, after work.
ONE MORE THING: Ideally I am looking not only for a roommate, but would like to become friends with time... well, we will live in same apartment after all :)
