Cons: Street parking. You’ll have to cross a busy street, Laurel Canyon Blvd to get to your car, however, there is a street light about 20 ft north of my place to help you out.
Pros: The house rocks! New dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, drainage disposal, new tile, new hardwood living room floors, carpet in bedroom, backyard patio, hot tub, bathroom spa, Satellite TV.
Price is $950/month plus half of utilities. Your bedroom is about 200-250 square feet, and of course, you are free to use all of the amenities that place has to offer. I’m asking for a 6 month stay commitment.
